What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer sizes Small-XL. You will find a sizing chart image or information on all of our product pages.

How do I measure my dog's neck?

Use a soft tape measure and measure their neck circumference along with two fingers for comfortability. Once you know their neck size, check out our size guide to find the best option for you pup.

If your pup is in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up. you can always roll the bandana down if it is too large. Feel free to dm or email us if you would like more assistance getting the correct size!

I entered the wrong shipping address/order information

No worries, mistakes happen! If you input the wrong address, send us an email at info@puploveco.com as soon as possible so that we can fix it before shipping it out. If your package has already shipped, we will need to wait for it to return to sender before we can reship it to you at the correct address. The customer is responsible for any additional costs after the order has shipped.

How long will it take to make my order?

Our processing time is 7-10 business days, from the date of purchase. 

That time frame doesn't include shipping. 

We do our best to your orders in a timely manner. Every item is handmade by one person. Bandanas and bows are all pre-made and will ship within 3-5 business days. Sometimes we experience a high volume of orders and processing times may increase. If we expect delays, we will notify you either via email or instagram announcement. 

How long will it take for my order to ship with the mail carrier?

We use USPS for all of our shipping needs. All orders inside the united states should take between 3-5 days to deliver depending on your location. Due to Covid-19, USPS has been experiencing some delays, so please be patient as they are working to safely get you your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide so all pups can wear our products. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Product Care

How do I wash my Bandana?

We recommend to spot clean or hand wash all our products & air dry. Iron gently on low heat as needed.

Machine wash at your own risk.

Returns

Can I return my item?

Since each item is handmade & crafted just for your pup, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Before purchasing, feel free to reach out about any questions and make sure to check out our sizing guide. If there is an issue with your order please send us an email at Info@puploveco.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for orders and/or exchanges.
